Registration - 2026

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are 3 parts to registering for the GMCA Annual meeting and reserving a room.
Part one - go to the first link to fill out the registration form.
Part two - after you hit submit on the registartion form, go to the square link (if you are paying by credit card) and choose the appropriate payment level to pay for registration.
Part 3 - call to reserve a room at Villas by the Sea.

REGISTRATION AND RESERVATIONS

Part 1 - Fill out the REGISTRATION FORM

Part 2 - after hitting submit in the registration form, PAY REGISTRATION WITH CREDIT CARD (https://tinyurl.com/uzx83cyj). To pay by check after you hit SUBMIT, contact Misty.McKanna@dph.ga.gov.

Part 3 - Once you have registered and paid, you need to reserve your room at Villas by the Sea by calling 912-635-2521. Types of rooms available can be found at ROOMS

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Guests will call hotel to make their reservations. A credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation. Please mention "GMCA" when calling to get the block rates.
Tax Exemption Documentation Due (Sales 7% &/or Hotel 7%) at or before check-in.
Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit.
Hotel Check In is at 4:00 pm and Hotel Check out is no later than 11:00 am .
ATTENDEE RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10-21-26

CURRENT FEES

Active or individual member (Single):

membership fee - $20

registration fee - $160 (includes the $20 membership fee)

registration for one day - $100 (includes the $20 membership fee)

Commercial member:

membership fee - $150 per company (includes the company name/contact info on our website)

registration fee - $140

Sustaining member:

membership fee - $550 (includes a display table and 1 individual $20 membership fee plus the company name/contact info on our website)

registration fee - $140 for one person, $160 for each additional person
